Ask the question, How does WHO I AM relate to HOW I MOVE?
You’ll get many answers, leading in many directions, on many levels. Many problems including sickness, pain, procrastination, miscommunication, challenged relationships at work and home and more in fact have their solutions on the level of Who you think you are and how you are habitually moving (thinking, doing, being, talking, etc). I find this deeply fascinating and focus my energies here.
Put simply, I teach, train, move and learn within:
- Body-Mind Practices and Training
- Group Process & Facilitation
I am always interested in creating new relationships within these overlapping fields. The intersection of modalities and technologies in these fields facilitates amazingess, aliveness, wellness, health, clarity, purpose, passion, responsibility and results.
Body-Mind-Life Coaching & Research
As an experienced body-mind coach, trainer, teacher and innovator, I concentrate on the intersection of conscious movement, transformative practices, yoga, and effective action in a purpose-filled life. I lead classes, workshops, retreats, trainings, coaching engagements and more.
Organizational Amazingness, Faciliation and Body-Mind Education
Solutions for individual and group success, I draw from tools, methods and integrated activities to facilitate group success, whether in meetings, vision planning, project groups or emergency course-corrections. My work with clients helps generate communication, innovation and solutions to real problems while supporting their work and change from the body up.
