A super cool mini immersion with Alex Iglecia
Saturday, July 31, 2010
12:00-3:00pm

How can we work with the areas of our body that are limiting our potential?

In this mini-immersion, you’ll unwind your entire body systematically before rebuilding and restoring healthy movement in each joint.

Your body and your mind can be free of pain and suffering. Doing more of the same is rarely the answer, so this workshops offers a unique opportunity to use Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls, rollers, and self-massage to dissolve tensions, clear adhesions and release trigger points that cause aches and limit flexibility and strength.

You’ll then use novel dynamic movements and yoga postures to recreate a strong and steady foundation for strength and energy. This experience is for all exercisers, yogis, and athletes of all levels.

This immersion includes awesome content from Yoga Tune Up®, The Epic Workout®, Yoga, Functional Training and more.

$60.00 per person (Members)*

$70.00 per person (Guests)*

*Sign up before July 21 and receive a gift pair of Yoga Tune Up® Therapy balls.
