What’s in pain? What’s aching? This workshop is for anyone who believes your health is in you hands. Join us to learn helpful and novel dynamics movements, therapy ball self-care techniques, breath techniques and conscious relaxation. You’ll refine and optimize your personal practice so you can feel better in your body. This immersion includes exciting content from Yoga Tune Up®, The Epic Workout®, Yoga, Yin Yoga, Functional Training and more.

Alex Iglecia, MA, is a “mover and shaker” working at the intersection of human development and body-mind training. He holds an MA in Conscious Evolution and is the founder of The Epic Workout®. Alex also teaches unique yoga classes at the PJCC.
Beth Iglecia’s body-mind training emphasizes healing, stress-reduction, and integrating body-intelligence in everyday life. Her passion is helping her students create deep awareness through body-mind connections found in yoga. She is dedicated to helping men, women and children from all backgrounds find and cultivate a healthy and enriching lifestyle.
