An AW and UH to UZAZU

What do you mean you don’t know about UZAZU? That’s okay, actually…for now!

I first found it over a year ago as Beth and I were researching some seriously profound body-mind work for our Conscious Evolution work. We found Dylan Newcomb and his 16 Ways, and as I commented in our thesis, I just didn’t buy it. I’m exaggerating, but I was skeptical. Skip forward to May 2009 and circumstances brought me serendipitously to 16 Ways Level 1. Awesome. Just awesome.

So I took level 2. That blew me away (and took a few weeks to integrate).

Recently, I had an amazing opportunity to take Level 3. OMG. Seriously. My life. Changed. Like never before both subtly and not so subtly.

Now I must tell you that I’ve snuck some of this work into my yoga  (body-mind) classes to great response and results. (note: help! I need a better term than BMHT - bodymind healing and transformation…!)

So ask me about it. Check it out yourself, and get your AW-UH on!

Maybe I’ll see you after Level 4……………………..

Having attended the Level 3 UZAZU training with Alex, I have to say that I completely agree with him. UZAZU has changed my life. Basically, doing UZAZU wires up your Mind-Body Connection to be fully communicating in both directions, so that your mind informs your body, and, more importantly for most of us, that your body informs your mind. There's so much information and wisdom in our bodies, waiting to be heard, wanting to be heard… UZAZU opens that channel in a way that nothing else I've ever seen can do. It opens up a new life when that's flowing, and it's amazing.
