I recently had the opportunity to participate in Janet Stone’s Heart of Vinyasa teacher training program at Yoga Tree Castro (Flow) in San Francisco.
Janet’s program was a joyous blend of chanting, asana, and teaching experiences that offered all of us generous room to move, express, be ourselves and practice teaching. Janet’s personal charismatic and expressive style quickly brought fifty-some strangers into community, growing into a band of yogi friends by the end of five days. I recommend her classes and trainings to anyone for a heartfelt, delightful yoga experience.
