I am on my way to The Omega Institute for two promising workshops with Glen Black, yoga teacher extraordinaire. I am thrilled to spend a week in a tent studying yoga anatomy and conscious movement. After this weeklong retreat/workshop, Beth and I will embark on our 18 day road trip down the East Coast and all the way across the U.S. to Southern California for my father’s 70th birthday. We plan to arrive in Salt Lake City by the 14th of September. Here we go!
